2009 - 10K MEN'S JUNIOR NATIONAL RACE WALK
Trevor Barron, Tyler Sorensen, and Matthew Forgues walked a smart race and worked as a team. Switching the lead each kilometer, they started out at a 46 minute 10K pace. The trio stayed together until Barron picked it up just before 5K. Then Barron dropped the hammer by accelrateing from 4:35 to 4:26 to an amazing 4:06/kilometer.
