2023 Race Walking Exam - Video Evaluation - Answers

The following 20 videos were given as part of a 2023 Race Walking Judging Exam. Originally, judges were asked to watch each video, at full speed, 3 times. This is shown as a single clip here under the full speed videos. (We also show the videos at 1/2 and 1/4 speed for training purposes.)

Judges were asked to determine whether the walker with the red arrow was deserving of a red card. However, for purposes of this review, we are asking you to evaluate several walkers in the scene and determine if they are deserving of a red card as well as identify the infraction if you believe the race walker is deserving of a red card.
