Warming Up

Steps:

  1. Perform this drill by race walking using correct technique, but with slightly shorter strides than usual.

  2. Race walk in an imaginary snake or S shaped line.

  3. Walk as quickly as possible.

  4. Perform this exercise for 30 yards.
