Welcome to USA FIT Austin Walking! We are a group of training partners and friends preparing together for various 5Ks, 10Ks, half and full marathons. Even if you’ve never fitness walked before, training with our group will help you conquer mental and physical barriers you never thought possible. It happens all the time.
We start wherever you are. Couch potato? Seasoned walker or former runner? Great. No matter what your conditioning or pace, there will be others to train with. The training program you select, our coaches will help you achieve your personal best in a non-intimidating, fun, and safe environment.

All three traditional season training programs offer a walk/run 3-minute walk with 1-minute run pace group, allowing beginners interested in transferring to the Austin Fit running program a comfortable training home. Most of our walk/run pace group members stay with the walking program, but we are here met all your training needs. USA Fit Austin does not leave behind any athlete.
