When the body is cold, this is a great way to get blood pumping to all extremities quickly.

 Steps

  1. Hold your arms at your side, one in front and one behind the body.
  2. Keep both arms straight and your hands flat with palms back.
  3. Race walk with a normal stride; however, keep your arms straight. Focus on driving your hips forward.
  4. Perform this exercise for 30 yards. You should feel a connection between your arms and hips
