2010 - IAAF World Race Walking Cup - Junior Women's 10K

The women's race had a unique distinction in that the conditions would improve as the race went on. Would this lead to a conservative start with hopes of dramatic negative splits? It certainly seemed that way from the beginning as a single large pack walked past the first turn.
