2009 - 10K JUNIOR WOMEN'S NATIONAL RACE WALK

A conservatively raced junior national 10K saw almost the entire field go out in a well-paced pack. After a few short laps, Allison Chin, Erika Lamp, and Abby Dunn seperated themselves from the group and josseled for position. Midway through, Abby Dunn and Allison Chin pulled away from Erika Lamp and battled between themselves. Chin made a number of surges that Dunn could not keep up with and Chin eventually walked away to an easy victory.
