    Please accept my photograph and $250 deposit towards the total price of $500 (single subject) or $300
     towards the total price of $750 (two subjects) for a 16" X 20" original oil painting by Jake Jacobson.
     I understand that Jake will capture a likeness of the subject and will have artistic license for the background.
     If the photo is unsuitable ( for example - too dark or unclear ) for reproduction, the artist has the right to
     return it with my deposit.  It is suggested that you take photos with frontal lighting (not overhead sun
     or sun to the camera) so that the facial features are clear.   When notified that my painting is ready, 
     the balance, plus shipping charges will be sent payable to Jake's Art.

     A completed painting will be ready between 8 and 10 weeks (or sooner) from receipt of order.

**Because tastes in frames and home decor differ, all paintings are sold without frames.  The artist
recommends that you have a professional framer complement the painting with a suitable frame.
