Jeff Salvage Race Walking Clinic - Overland Park, Kansas

Jeff Salvage is hitting the road again for a race walking clininc to be held in Overland Park, Kansas from 9am-4pm on May 6th and 7th hosted by the Heartland Race Walkers. The clinic will be at the Fitness Plus More Athletic Center. 4500 W. 107th Street. Overland Park, KS 66207

What Makes a Jeff Salvage Clinic Special

Jeff analyzes each participant’s technique buy watching their walking form, taking video and digital photographs. Jeff provides immediate feedback by annotating the digital photographs of each walker’s good and not-so-good techniques on a pen tablet. At the end of the clinic participants are given annotated digital photographs for future reference.

The clinic is a mix of on track training, warm-up drills, classroom instruction, and individual analysis.

Clinic is limited to a maximum of 20 people. Usually I require a minimum of 15 walkers, however as I will be in town, I have lowered the minum to 10. This may be a special chance to attend a really small clinic. Also, former junior national race walking team member, Josh Ginsburg, will be there to assist.

"Jeff Salvage is a very knowledgeable, personable, and entertaining clinic leader.  His high tech approach using digital cameras and recorders provide excellent and BRUTALLY honest feedback.  I can speak for the Indiana Racewalkers' Club we all learned a great deal during the clinic in Indianapolis.
David Harriman - President, Indiana Racewalkers' Club

"Jeff’s two-day clinic was one of the most comprehensive race walking clinics I have attended. He uses a multimedia type presentation, which allows for more efficient learning. His state of the art digital video and still photography equipment along with his individual evaluation gives each participant a straight forward way to improve their form. The clinic was fun and economical."
Janet Higbie

After attending several racewalking clinics, Jeff Salvage's clinic is rated #1 with me. His lecture and instruction are valuable tools. The digital photos are an added plus. Truly a weekend that will have you begging for more!"
