Jeff Salvage Race Walking Clinic
The Indiana Racewalkers’ Club in conjunction with the National Institute for Fitness and Sport is sponsoring a racewalk clinic conducted by Jeff Salvage. Jeff has is an accomplished racewalker, author, trainer, and coach. We are fortunate to have someone with the Jeff’s skills available to conduct our clinic.
What Makes a Jeff Salvage Clinic Special
Jeff analyzes each participant’s technique buy watching their walking form, taking video and digital photographs. Jeff provides immediate feedback by annotating the digital photographs of each walker’s good and not-so-good techniques on a pen tablet. At the end of the clinic participants are given annotated digital photographs for future reference.
The clinic is a mix of on track training, warm-up drills, classroom instruction, and individual analysis.
