Jeff Salvage Race Walking Clinic - Cincinati

Following up on a highly successful race walking clinic in Indianapolis, Jeff Salvage is hitting the road again for a similar clininc to be held in Blue Ash, Ohio (just outside Cincinati) with the lecture at the Wellness ommunity and the track sessions at Sycamore Jr High, which is about 1/4 mile apart. Sponsored by Fleet Feet, the clinic is Scheduled from 9am-4pm on August 13th and 14th.

What Makes a Jeff Salvage Clinic Special

Jeff analyzes each participant’s technique buy watching their walking form, taking video and digital photographs. Jeff provides immediate feedback by annotating the digital photographs of each walker’s good and not-so-good techniques on a pen tablet. At the end of the clinic participants are given annotated digital photographs for future reference.

The clinic is a mix of on track training, warm-up drills, classroom instruction, and individual analysis.
